When reporting a problem, please include
- The tool you were using (for example, Voice to Text or MP4 to MP3).
- Your device and browser (for example, Android phone with Chrome).
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Please do not send us private recordings or personal documents. Our tools work on your own device, so we never need your files to help you.
